Figure 2: GGS and LJF affect LPS-induced inflammatory factor in RAW264.7 cells. RAW cells were challenged at baseline with LPS (10 ng/mL) or none (n = 6). Raw cells receiving LPS were pretreated with 100 μg/mL GGS (n = 6) and 10 μg/mL LJF. After 24 h, the cells were obtained and assayed. The mRNA of cells was collected, and pro-inflammatory cytokines and IL-10 were evaluated by RT-PCR.
