In the article titled "Open reduction and internal fixation with plating is beneficial in the early recovery stage for displaced midshaft clavicular fractures in patients aged 30-65 years old", published on pages 242-246, Issue 4, Volume 30 of Tzu Chi Medical Journal[1], the name of the first author is written incorrectly as "Jian Yuan Chu" instead of "Jian-Yuan Chua".

The "How to cite this article" section should read correctly as "Chua JY, Yeh KT, Lee RP, Yu TC, Chen IH, Peng CH, et al. Open reduction and internal fixation with plating is beneficial in the early recovery stage for displaced midshaft clavicular fractures in patients aged 30-65 years old. Tzu Chi Med J 2018;30:242-6".

The authors apologize for the error and any confusion it may have caused.
